This Hilton was fine for a one night stay before a flight. The first room they gave me was sans linen, but they gave me a new room right away. When I checked in there wasn't a line, but later that night there was a huge line and only two people checking in. By huge- I mean at least 20 groups waiting to check in.

The food in the Italian restaurant was just okay. And they did run out of room on the morning shuttle, so get in line early. But in the hotel's defense, there was a huge group that all checked in at the same time and left on the same time because they were on a flight that was cancelled and this hotel is where the arline gave them vouchers for.

Parking can be confusing. But overall a decent experience.

- We asked for a quiet room on a high floor
- We got a room three doors down from the service elevator on a smoking floor
- I know there were availability issues. But, the front desk clerk didn't try too hard to fill our request, given that he activated our room keys b/f he even looked
- Although we checked out a day early, no one bothered to ask
- And, we were charged for the valet twice!
- I will not stay in any Hilton locations again!!!

This hotel is OK I guess if you want somewhere near the airport to stay. The room was OK, the decor reasonably up to date. Staff were reasonably friendly and the executive lounge pretty well equipped with a cool view of the runways and a good breakfast. The complimentary evening nibbles were very tasty. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the room was a good size. Food is very overpriced. A banana cost me about $4!

Two books were stolen from my room. I contacted Security on three separate occasions. No security report was filed on my behalf, nor was any indication given that the theft was worth investigating. Housekeeping was the only group that had access to my room. The following day, my room was not cleaned. I also reported this to Guest Services, and was answered with a non-chalant "Sorry." I am typically very forgiving of service inadequacies. However, to first have Housekeeping misplace my belongings--whether deliberately or not--then neglect to clean my room, only to have in essence no response from other hotel staff is clearly unacceptable.
