In my 3 night stay, I got the impression that the staff really loved their jobs - they were so friendly and accommodating I felt like I was at home! That was the most positive point of the hotel.... the elevators were very slow, the food was OK, the rooms OK.... but the staff went above and beyond with what they had to work with.

I had the pleasure of having my son's Bar Mitzvah in the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton in Woodland Hills. The ballroom is beautiful with high ceilings and crystal chandeliers but I knew that when I booked the event. What I didn't expect is the amazing service that I received from absolutely every person with whom I dealt at the hotel. Joanie Allen, the Catering Manager, was delightful and helpful at every step along the way and especially on the day of the event. Antonio and the waiter staff were wonderful. Many of my guests commented on how good the food was, not typical for a large function at a hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this as a venue for your special occasion.

This was a last minute Business trip and it was close to my Business. The Hotel is in a nice area Near a Shopping Mall and near plenty of Restaurants. The front desk were nice friendly and helpful. If you pay for breakfast they have a buffet breakfast and almost the same thing the 6 days I was there. The Hotel has a lounge/restaurant for dinner or room service. Those are the only 2 option. Did not like that it has a Very small Fitness room but it was never crowded. This Hotel does not have a pool. Which I was very disappointed. Also Parking is extra and it is quite expensive. No freebies at this Hotel.

An overall pleasing experience except for the rude housekeeper who would not leave us any fresh towels. Breakfast was very expensive for what you get. No buffet breakfast consisting of scramble eggs, beacons, sausages and potatoes should cost $16. Parking was also very expensive and should have been free for the price you pay for the room. We had a room with a balcony which was nice. Don't know what it would be like without balcony. Our balcony faces the pool and hot tub but there were people in the hot tub all night long.

We booked this Hilton because it was half the price of the location next to Universal and situated closer to the beach. The service was excellent. We had one person in our party with a food allergy, and the restaurant manager (a very nice lady--I forgot to write down her name) accommodated above and beyond expectation with no advanced notice. A quick tip: if you're headed to Santa Monica, avoid the freeway and take the Topanga Canyon road through. It's about 15 min extra, but none of the freeway hassle and tons of beautiful scenery.

LA is full of mediocre hotels with expensive price tags and many of them are in bad locations where you need to guard everything! Woodland hill is a nice area and not too far from LA, Santa Monica, Simi Valley, and Malibu. There is lots to do nearby without staying in the thick of Hollywood and dealing with all that HORRIBLE traffic... The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I have to give special kudos for the valet staff. Most valet staffs seem to separate themselves from the hotel.. These do not. They always asked how our stay was going. They were very professional. Valet is $2.00 extra... Utilize it. The room service is good and the executive lounge for HH is very week maintained. The bar staff is nice, but the don't serve Tito's vodka!!!!' Get the Tito's for us Gluten Free folks please!!! You will enjoy your stay. Restaurants all over the place in walking distance and the train station is nearby but a little bit if a walk ...may need a cab.

Very good experience but someone smoked in room before me. Front desk immediately gave me another room. Everything else was good, price was a little high, probably could have stayed at Hampton for 120 instead of 160 here.
