“Nice Hotel, Great location and Friendly Staff !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 5, 2013

This Hotel is true to the photos. The room was clean, cozy and updated. It was equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, mini fridge, plush bedding, two sinks and wifi. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All attractions are 15 to 20 minutes away. The neighborhood is nice. It tends to get busy during the morning with traffic and can interrupt you sleep if you’re a late sleeper. But you’re on VACATION you shouldn’t be sleeping in anyway! Otherwise it’s quiet. There's a Denney’s on the property and their wait staff is awesome. The breakfast was good too. If you drive about 5 minutes away there is a strip of great restaurants and shopping. There this great Moroccan place I would recommend as well. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay her again. This is perfect place to stay if you want to explore Los Angeles on a budget.

This hotel has great rooms that includes a small refrigerator and has a Dennies connected which is open 24hrs. Near the 405 freeway and 15-20minutes to beverly hills. Also a PF Chang restaurant 5 min away.this is my second time here and I would gladly go back.

My boyfriend and I came down to LA for a week-long trip near end of August 2013 and chose this hotel as it was close to lots of amenities (basically 25 minutes from anywhere, 40ish with LA traffic). The hotel room itself is very functional. We liked the mini fridge for storing items, the extra sink outside the bathroom to use, and a decent little coffee maker. Our hotel room was in the section that was the 3-story building which was nice for the separated parking area. As per other reviews, parking at night gets really difficult. Even coming back at 9:30 can be iffy to find a spot, after 10, you are out of luck. The hotel has ppl parking on the side areas that aren't really parking spots so beware!

If you plan on sleeping in ie past 8am, make sure to put your "Do not disturb" notice on the door. The cleaning staff come knocking super early to try to get into your room. We had them show up anywhere b/w 8 am - 10 am at which point we were not ready to vacate our room just yet.

This would have been a 4-star review if the cleaning staff hadn't unplugged our refrigerator and had all our food spoil when we were out of our room for about 12 hours (We assume they unplugged to vacuum, did not plug fridge back in properly so it didn't turn back on). The hotel was good about reimbursing us for the food, but just a hassle to go replace everything.

King bed was a little bit soft and lumpy. Pillows had no support so invest in some massages!

Some really good sushi restaurants in the area. Good main roads to get to amenities. Close to freeway. Our room did have traffic noise but was pretty mild. Denny's in the lot is very convenient. Hot tub was nice.

I book this place from Hotwire and I thought I got pretty good deal. Truly there was nothing really wrong with this place, but I expected more hotel feel than motel for Hotwire 3-star rated place. . Parking space is hard to find at this location if you come back late at night.

Room Tip: I got a room close to the street (Sepulveda Boulevard) on the ground floor, but there was no noise i...

This hotel is centrally located to all major conveniences. There is a pool that was nice. No onsite restaurant, however a Denny's adjacent that provides room service. The staff was professional. Maid service really good. I have stayed here before and I would definitely stay again. Only negative was the hair dryer did not work well. Took me an hour to dry hair.

Our party of 3 stayed in a double queen room for one night before our morning flight back to the east coast. Location-wise, it was great, right off the highway, but it did worry me because the property looked so huge. Part of the property was a motel format, with doors opening out to the outside/balcony, and a building of more conventional hotel rooms. We were given 501, in the building. I was rather confused at first regarding the numbering, but the signs directed us to a corner room on the first floor.

Once inside, it was well-insulated from noise and appeared clean and orderly. Neutral color scheme was pleasant.

My one complaint was that the very standard bathroom was dated and showing wear and tear. The grab bar "washers" were no longer attached to the wall. The shower head was old and no matter how I adjusted the flow of water (and not an issue of water pressure) so the water just felt like it was "spitting". Nevertheless, I got clean! I appreciated the two sinks, one inside the bathroom and one outside.

Other than that, this hotel was fine for our overnight stay. Check in/check out was pleasant and hassle-free. We got to go to a nearby In-n-out burger for dinner. We would consider staying here again for a short stay, but what we noticed was that parking spaces seemed very limited compared to the popularity of this property, and people tend to squeeze every which way, complicating manuevering around the parking lot.

We were taking a quick one day trip to The Japanese Gardens in Van Nuys and then to The Getty Museum. This motel is ideally located. The front desk service was quick and friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. Beds very comfortable. It is located on a very busy main thoroughfare, so if you are wanting to sleep in and traffic noise disturbs you, this is probably not the best place to stay. However, during the late evening and all night it was quiet. Denny's on the property always is good for breakfast. We would stay again.
