We stayed at the Best Western 1 night prior to our cruise. It was a great place to stay before (or after) a cruise. It is not though an area that I would stay in if I were vacationing in the area. There are probably better "resort" places to stay. To be fair, we found the hotel clean and a nice staff. Things could use a bit of updating, but again, it was clean and a safe place to relax after flying in from Chicago. There is a great family restaurant about 200 feet away, and free shuttle to the ship which you can see from the hotel. The Ports of Call area is full of great little places to eat and kill a day shopping before going out on a cruise. Overall a good place to lay your head for a night or 2.
