Arrived on July 11th and spent two nights.
The man at the frontdesk was very helpful and interested in our travel plans.
We asked for a ground floor room and he offered us one with the least traffic noise, although the hotel was fully booked.
Every question we had about Los Angeles, how to get here and there, was answered calmly and professionally .
The recepion has a drawer with little pieces op paper with the FAQ of their guests; impressive, bever seen anything like it.
The room was OK, not too big, not small either.
A little balcony overlooking the parking, so little dragging with the suitcases.
The shuttle for Universal Studios was very OK, regular timings, so no need to take a hotel close to Universal which are in the middle of nowhere except of course the theme park itself.
For future visitors who don't want to spend a lot of money on breakfast: leave the hotel and turn left; just before the traffic lights, turn left again and you will see a large Ralphs supermarket.
