Great location, nice comfy bed, delicious breakfast and excellent customer service! We will certainly be staying here again. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.

We selected this hotel from hotwire.com and were pleased with the selection.

it is our second trip to Los Angeles and I would highly recommend this hotel. We only stayed a night because my plan is to be near the rental car return and the airport so that we do not run into traffic issues driving to the airport during rush hour.

The hotel is slightly older, but has been renovated to be in line with Sheraton's corporate look. The colour scheme of the decor is black, dark grey, and red. It is very rich in appearance. The corridors to the rooms though are bright and beige, it just seemed a little out of character.

We found the parking to be on the difficult side. There is a large lot behind the hotel, which was on the expensive side for parking but not as bad as the valet. But you have to cross a busy street to enter the hotel and i had a very hard time finding a spot to park.

We also found it hard to find a place to eat late in the evening.

The hotels breakfast buffet was amazing, but the most expensive breakfast i had ever eaten. Oh well splurge a little here and there, eh?

Our room faced the runways and i did notice the noise. i think i would try and get a room facing away from the runway next time.

I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again. it beats the last hotel we stayed in near LAX.

Room Tip: Try q room that does not face the runways if you need a good nights sleep.

I had a wonderful stay a this hotel the staff was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to Diane Cheeks she know what customer service is all about. The room was also very nice. When I am back in LA again this is where I will be staying this was my first time to LA and I loved it.

I have a wonderful time in Los Angeles the hotel was in the perfect location and the staff was excellent. I want to give speical thanks to Diane Cheek she know what customer service is all about she made my stay feel like home.

The location is great. The hotel is large with a Starbucks located within. Nice comfortable rooms. Clean and well maintained. I found a great price on Hotels.com but beware that the valet parking is $33 per day. There is self parking available for free.

We have a great location near Los Angeles International Airport, with a convenient, free airport shuttle service running around the clock. We also offer newly-refreshed, spacious, clean, and comfortable guest rooms, and several dining options, including a Starbucks and our award-winning Paparazzi Ristorante. In addition, both valet and self-parking are available for a daily fee. We are very glad you enjoyed your time with us and look forward to your next visit.

We just did a quick overnight here, waiting to fly out in the AM. The staff was VERY helpful...the rooms and lobby were very clean and nicely sized. You ARE looking at the airport but it is an airport hotel.. and Starbucks closes at 4:30...but that wasn't really an issue. We didn't go in the pool but it looked pretty inviting! I would definitely stay here again!

We always stay at this hotel when we arrive at LAX. It is the closest hotel from the airport. The lounge is great for breakfast and snacks in late afternoon. The pool is heated and it is a nice place to relax in the afternoon. Transport between the hotel and the airport is convenient. The check in procedures are also quick.
The breakfast buffet in the restaurant has lots of choices.

Valet parking is high, but there is a lot near the back of the hotel which is less expensive.

Room Tip: You have to ask the deck clerk and trust their judgement.
