My partner and I stayed at this hotel in Febuary 2007 for 2 nights. The hotel itself looks very grand inside and our room was of adequate size for the two of us. The shower wasn't as expected for a Marriott but it did the job after a long trip from the UK but the bed had to be the BEST bed I had ever slept in! Verrry cosy!
The staff were always helpful to answer any questions / give you directions. My only little moan would be waiting for the Hertz office to open inside the hotel. We waited for 45 mins after opening time!

Stayed here for one night with my family on a overnight layover.

The stay didn't start off well as the shuttle did not pick up from the international terminal very often. We waited 30 minutes for the first shuttle to come through.

Once we got the hotel everything went well. Quick check in and flawless. We were assigned a room on the 7th floor that faced the Embassy Suites. The room was just renovated and smelled new. new carpet, new paint, new everything. We found the new stuff great, but the room was very undersized for the four of us. (two double beds and a porta-crib). It was very quiet and were not disturbed at all. You have to look a bit for things in the room. coffee maker is in the closet on tray (easy to move) and the ice bucket is under the TV in side cabinet.

They have three reseraunts on site. JW steak house a sports bar and another nice place (can't remember the name) we ate at the sports bar. Service was fast, food was "just ok".

Bellmen were great helping with bags up and down from the room and the return trip to the airport on the shuttle was fine.

All in all a nice place, but the room was a bit small.

  • Liked — Brand new remodeled room
  • Disliked — Room was too small, shuttle wait time at airport too long

Had to find something near the airport and this one fit the bill. The lobby was no what we are used to in a Marriot..It was small and a Starbucks dominated it.I dont drink coffee so it was not a plus for me.The room was Ok.The nicest thing was the pool courtyard. We went in the spa but some jets were not working, the most annoying thing was there was no WIFI in the lobby eventhough the starbucks was there,The money some of these hotels charge they should provide service in the lobby if no where else..I will go to a hotel with access given a choice especially at the airport

  • Liked — location, pool
  • Disliked — no free WIFI

There 10/23 for one night. Paid about $150. Marriott Silver level member.
Checked in and was given a room that was tiny. King bed took up most of the room. The chair actually blocked the side table drawers from opening.
- Sounds rediculious but true. I went into the bathroom and I had to step to the side of the toilet to close the door. Also the way it was set up, if you stood in front of the sink, the back of your legs rubbed up against the toilet bowl/seat. Gross.
-For a full service Marriott this was poor quality.
I called the front desk and was told that this was their standard size room. Only after I told them I was going to move to the Hilton next door did they move me to another room which happened to be a Handicap access room. *Sorry, but I needed more space. Finally, this was a regular size room that you would expect. I have stayed in Hampton Inns/FField Inns that had bigger standard rooms. Not worth it and don't try to have more than one person it the room.

  • Liked — Near airport
  • Disliked — size of room/bathroom, didn't want to give me the $100 weekend discount Visa voucher I was rightfully due.

Great stay for a family on the move for the right price. We had a pleasant stay for 3 nights. Convenient central location, updated decor, comfy beds, great dining choices, Starbucks in Lobby, and big pool. We would stay again!
