We had a late night flight so wanted the chance to freshen up and give our 4yo daughter a chance to rest. We arrived later than we had expected so didn't have as long to rest as we'd hoped but it was still worth doing. They accommodated our request for a sleepy bear den and our daughter loved it! There were teddy bears printed on everything, the bed spread, the shower curtain, pictures on the walls, curtains, she was so excited!
The room was very clean too and the shuttle to the airport was great.
Denny's was on site so we were able to have some food and a shower before our long flight. They have a day rate price so we didn't have to pay for a full night and it's something we would definitely do again.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service, is quite clean at a reasonable price. That makes it a good choice for a stopover. If you want to spend more time in L.A. there are better places to stay. I arrived very late and got a quiet room. On the downside was that I had about 90 kg of luggage (film equipment) that needed to be carried upstairs as there was no elevator.

I stayed here with my brothers-in-law for one night as a stop over to Vegas, as well as with my wife on the way back to Australia.
Location-wise it is convenient and close to the airport and it is serviced by a complimentary shuttle. If you need to kill a bit of time while waiting for your flight you can take a shuttle to Manhattan Beach shopping or cab it to the nearest Westfields (about $20-$30 one way) in Culver City and Century City. There is a Denny's diner next to the hotel for your meals if you really have no choice.
The rooms are a decent size. Double beds, toilet, table, TV a couple of seats and armchairs. Bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. The main building has a convenience store. One important thing to point out - there are no elevators in this hotel. The layout of the hotel is several 2-story building blocks around a central pool area behind the main reception building. If you have several heavy suitcases, try to ask for a room on the ground floor.
Other nice things about this place is you can extend your room for an extra $40 + taxes if your flight is not until the evening, otherwise they have day rates where you can stay from 9am until 8pm for $50 + taxes. The facility also offers free wifi.

for the price and location this is a fine hotel for an overnight between flights from LAX. shuttle bus very prompt, front desk helpful. first room was smelly and window screen was broken, desk moved us to another room without a problem. comfortable beds.
landscaping around pool area very nice with many flowers, plants, etc. lobby was a little shabby, but compared to the prices of other LAX airports I would stay here again.
