Stayed here our last night in LA to be near the airport since our flight was leaving rather early...got this place from Priceline for $55/night, and for as nice as the place is I felt like I got a steal. Yea they put my wife and I in a double bed room when it was obvious they had the room to put us in a king bedroom. When asking, they seem to use the "sorry its all we have for now plus you went through Priceline which is a 3rd party in which we can't guarantee the bed type when going through them". Far as the quality of this hotel, no complaints but the fact they seem to look down on your for booking through a 3rd party made me somewhat frustrated. This is the only reason i gave it a 4 star and not a 5. Everything else was fine...

My thoughts are, if you're going to get an attitude w/ people going through Priceline, then DON'T work with them. Simple as that

This hotel is convenient, comfortable and the service is great. I typically stay here the night before whenever flying out of LAX early in the morning. Valet parking is nice too if you need to park your car while away on business.

This is a very nice upscale hotel. Very clean and quiet with incredibly luxurious beds. I always get a great deal on Priceline ($75) which makes up for the outrageous parking....$23 a night for self park. Also, even with a view of the runways at LAX it is very queit and you do not hear the planes.

Our room was very clean - the bed was comfortable, there was a decent sized LCD, and AVEDA body products were provided. We stayed in one night and did room service and the food was delicious!

We had an overnight layover at LAX and booked this hotel on Priceline for a VERY good rate. We basically hid in our room and slept, but we did get room service and the food was excellent and not ridiculously expensive. Fantastically comfortable bed and pillows (I think that might be a specialty), Aveda bath products and very pleasant bathroom, and we were very happy with everything. Wifi was great (but not free), shuttle to LAX very convenient and all up we'd very happily stay here again.
