We stayed over one night after a long flight from Hawaii. The corner room we got was very big and clean. Yes, the hotel overall is a bit dated, but the room interiors are updated and bright. The breakfast buffet area in the main lobby has plenty of space and the food served was very good and being replenished as needed. We did have a late small supper in the restaurant and it was very good; had caesar salad and crab cakes. Service was a little slow, but it was 10:30 at night and we were the only ones there. Also, very attentive front desk service. We had left something on their shuttle; it was retrieved and hand delivered to us. Their shuttle service to LAX early next morning was quick. Would stay again.,

We stayed for two nights. Hotel is very near the Avis Rental car center.
Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Requetsed room away from elevator but was allocated one just opposite the elevator, fortunately it was not too noisy as the room is hugh.

Stayed here for one night. It is a bit tired, with the central atrium of the era. However we found it qutie clean, comfortable, and quiet. No noticeable jet noise.They have a great rate to leave your car in covered parking in the basement if you are flying off somewhere. Saw but did not use the pool. They have evening appys and included breakfast in the morning which was adequate with toast, made to order omelettes, and fruit. I was expecting kind of a fleabag hotel but actually it is quite a bit cleaner with newer furnishings. I could recommend it for a quick one nighter if you are flying out of LAX.

Had a short overnight stay at this facility prior to a morning flight from LAX. Used the airport shuttle to pick me up after dropping off rental car and to take me to LAX in the morning - had no difficulty or undue wait either time. One reviewer mentioned that they were given a hard time about leaving their car in the front drop off area - it's pretty clearly marked no parking and this area is meant for dropping people off as well as for the shuttle to pull in to drop off and pick up passengers. The night I arrived a gentleman parked his car in that area with the back end protruding out far enough that the shuttle could not pull in - the shuttle driver had to ask him to move his car - he moved it a little but not enough, had to ask him again to move the car so the shuttle could keep on its schedule. Joshua at the front desk gave excellent service when I checked in. The room was quite nice, away from the elevator. I booked a nonsmoking room and was told it was a nonsmoking room, however, could smell stale cigarette smoke in the room. Since I was only there a few hours and it was the last upgraded room available, I put up with it when I normally would have asked for a different room. Would stay again because of the airport convenience and airport shuttle.
