The hotel room was very good. Comfortable, attractive furniture and amenities. The hotel is more geared towards business travelers. The casual restaurant is not open for dinner and I found Noe a little overblown. They offer spa services, but not a full service spa area, unlike other Omnis I've been in. The front desk, cleaning, and concierge staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and a joy to be around. Except for the sedan service. The sedan service is a little confusing. They say they don't go to the Convention Center, but they actually seem unwilling to go within a 3 or 4 blocks of it--including the Staples Center and LA Live (and clubs, hotels, and restaurants there--Trader Vic's, JW Marriott, Ritz, etc.). Moreover, they were rather rude about it--I asked for Staples Center (which is 2 blocks away from the Convention Center) and he said, "No, Figueroa Hotel." When I tried an alternative spot, he just cut me off and said "dropoff at Figueroa Hotel" (not even a full sentence or explanation). The rudeness prompted me to complain to the front desk staff and I will say they more than made up for the rudeness and provided taxi vouchers. But a little more clarity on the limits of the sedan service on the website or a map of where they will not go would be helpful.
