I recently had a horrible experience with this hotel. I reserved a room for a family member for the XMAS holiday. I faxed over, at the hotel's request, a credit card authorization form since the room was not for me. On their form I indicated I was paying for room only. I even went to the Hotel and told them at check in the authorization was for room only. The Hotel, once they got ahold of my credit card information ran a double charge on my card without any authorization, allowed the guest to run up a huge incidental bill once they got my credit card, and now denies receiving any documentation from me that I limited the scope of the authorization, on their own form, which I faxed to them at their direction. No less than 3 staff members indicated there was no form and basically screw me. They hit me up for almost 400 dollars and now Im stuck taking them to small claims court. I faxed a dispute to them asking for a response and they didn't have the decency to respond to one call. Watch your wallet and the horrifically incompetent staff. As for the Hotel itself. Its a Hyatt. Pretty basic.
The Hyatt fleeced me of about 300 dollars in xmas money. Horrible hotel with no oversight at all.
