We stayed in 1501 for 3 nights to visit family in LA. We picked the location because it was close to my in-laws. It is obvious that the owners of this place put a lot of thought into what would make the apartment comfortable, affordable, and create an environment of self-sufficiency. They anticipated several needs and addressed them ahead of time. We only had a couple of minor issues the first night, and Jacob responded right away when we called.
The only issue was that we visited LA in during the winter, and the apartment was a bit cold, as there is no central heating. As we come from a place that has real winter weather, the lack of winterizing, though not unexpected, was a little strange.
If/when I spend more time in LA, I will definitely stay here. It was well worth the money, and it is obvious the owners put lots of attention in the place.
