Nothing worse than checking in and finding out that you have to pay an additional $14.00 mandatory "service fee" that was never disclosed when I made the reservation (not even included in the fine print of the email confirmation). It wasn't until I got to the front desk that the gentlemen advised me that an additional $14.00 service fee would be charged per night for "wi-fi and breakfast". When I advised him I didn't require either service, it didn't matter - I got charged anyways.
