This lived up to all the reviews. We flew into LA and found the B & B very easy to find. Bob and Ahuva made us so welcome and the Garden Cottage is charming. The breakfast lived up to all the rave reviews - lovely cooked breakfast, and little bowls of fresh fruit. (The best breakfast we had during our 16 day stay in California.
It was a perfect base for touring and we could easily walk to the Farmers Market and local restaurants.

We just loved our 4-night stay. Ahuva and Bob are thoughtful and charming hosts, and our room was delightful. This is a wonderful location - safe, quiet, but within easy walking distance of cafes, shops and a host of attractions, and close to bus stops, too, which was great for us. We travelled all over LA very successfully by bus - to the Getty, Warner Bros, Griffith Park etc. - and would return to the Garden Cottage B&B tomorrow, if we had the chance!!

My partner and I stayed here for three nights in early May and would like to strongly recommend this accommodation for visitors to the region. We stayed in the garden cottage which was enormous and very well equipped and on-street parking wasn't a problem (ask for a permit). Our hosts attended to a minor maintenance issue immediately and were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with local advice for restaurants, attractions, etc. The included breakfast and afternoon tea/wine was a real treat - you won't be hungry. This will be my first choice of accommodation on my next visit. A real home away from home. The cottage has a PC/internet and there's a bedroom TV with digital cable and far too many channels. Aside from the beautiful garden's water features, the area is especially quiet and we never even heard the other guests.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. We stayed in the cottage and got to enjoy the enclosed garden, a little refuge from the city, with its colorful flowers, towering bamboo, water fountains, and statues. My fiance especially liked all the freshly cut flowers inside decorating the rooms in the cottage. The breakfast was delicious, a large spread, and mostly organic. The hosts were some of the friendliest people we've come across in all the b & bs we've been to. Very helpful and attentive to us. We were glad to have easy access to the internet and cable tv inside. The location was ideal as well, right by Miracle Mile. Couldn't have been happier.
