The spa experience was very good. Nice atmosphere and services. The problems arose when I tried to re-order products that are exclusive to the spa over the phone (which is the only way to currently order their products). They misplaced my shipment and a week later did not have access to the paperwork in order to track or even cancel the order. Extremely unprofessional attitude and service in regards follow up business. Buyer beware.
