I came out to los angeles on a limited budget, from Athens Georgia, This place was great clean nice the staff is really good.. and whats more i got the best deal here in los angeles They had when i was there $250.00 FOR THE WEEK, the only problem was driving past the construction site, but that finished before i left, true the ocean is 3 blocks, it's super quiet, and away from a lot, freeways close by.... and the construction was on this major park, which just got finished.... oh, no bumb's, or crazys here its more industrial and away from everything... did i forget to mention 100 movies channels

Good ocean air, we are on a vaccum belt the air is pretty much from the ocean, sometimes from the city, we are 10 degrees cooler then downtown los angeles, and Hollywood only because of the ocean, and us being on it. (closes beaches cabrillo beach/point fermin north/ south Long beach pike/ or North Shore/Seal Beach. Park with view area walking distance good for bicycling, skateboarding, meditating, sunning, skating. The Ext, is 1800's simple, the lobby looks 1800 and simple, (Friday, Sat, Sunday) Continental Breakfast, but remember the prices are fantastic so you have money for breakfast at Trumps. The history is vast, this hotel was establish predating the oil rush in los angeles and water surrounded this very hotel, so that when you enter it's different to find that you would be standing years ago in water, they have photos to prove it...
