Thank you for taking the time out to respond. Since your stay we have in plan a lot of new renovations including furniture, painting of rooms and other things around the property. We hope this does not impede you from staying at our other wyndham properties.

“One of the worst Super8 I've ever found.”

I've been in many Super8, but I think this is the worst I've ever found.
The motel doesn't really look clean at all. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke in it was terrible and awful anyway.The carpet looked so dirty I really can't describe it and the furniture looked like it was from 1700. Also it didn't feel a safe place at all, we even received prank calls in the middle of the night. Probably stupid peole, but it made me feel uncomfortable in that place.

Thank you for your response, we would have be more than happy to ask the bar to lower the volume. In the future we will remember to let all guest who do have that room aware of music. The bar next door do lower the music as soon as they are told. The parking lot, yes it is small, however we do have addition lot in the back for our larger cars. Thanks once again for taking the time out to response. Happy Holidays.
