“Clean, safe, and quiet for an airport hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

The Radisson LAX is clean, safe, and quiet; all the things you need in an airport hotel. Valet parking is $25, and self-park is $15, but you have to park in a lot away from the hotel and take a van ride back. The restaurant is overpriced, but there is a small cafe/bar area in the lobby that offers a full menu. The pizza isn't too bad. The rooms are standard, with the exception of the sleep number beds. It is easy to find a decent rate, but this is not a hotel to stay at for more than a day or two.

Shuttle Service was fast. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for an overnight layover. The bathroom wasn't dirty but it's was a little older.

We would stay here again if needed a close airport hotel.

Good shuttle service from LAX. Bed comfortable with nice soft pillows. Maybe because I had secured a cheap rate on line, I was in what felt like quite an old room. The TV in particular was a dinosaur. Only 3 channels were visible. Very odd for such a prominent chain to have such poor TV in room. Otherwise an easy, helpful place to stay next to the airport. The cafe in the lobby is good.

Hotel is very nice and employees are VERY friendly. My only complains are about the room bathtub and carpet (they're very old) and the $25/day parking fee (too expensive). Wireless is free (256k) and you have the option to pay only $5.99/day for a faster connection (5 Mbps download/upload). Breakfast is excelent and employees from Palmira restaurant are amazing.

Room Tip: Pay $4 more for better bed and Starbucks coffee in the room.

We stayed at this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning. It is very close to the airport and has a free 24 hour shuttle. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There is free wi-fi.

Checked in late afternoon after a flight from Vegas for a 2 day stay. The shuttle arrived at LAX after a 10 minute wait & took us directly to the hotel. Check in was a breeze & soon we were in our room which was large with a lovely king bed which was very comfortable. We went out with friends came back & noticed that our room had a musty smell,it was not unbearable but uncomfortable. We decided to stay as we were tired but early in the morning we approached 2 lovely ladies at the concierge at the lobby. They were so helpful in relocating us to another room which was fine.I found that the staff are friendly in every way they even gave us a late checkout.
Very impressive first time at Radisson LAX will definitely stay here again.

We arrived off a flight from Mexico, very hungry and tired - the use of the airport shuttle was very convenient, it took all of 5 minutes to get back to the hotel. Once we arrived, check in was quick and once we notified the staff of our late flight the following morning, they happily offered a late check out at no extra fee. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, my partner and I dined at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. It was perfect for us to recharge our batteries and brave the long flight home to Australia. Would recommend this place to anyone.
