There are a lot of places making wood fired pizza these days and Olio is doing it right. I come from a city with some of the best of this style of pizza and I think Olio could compete with my home town. Their roasted olives with rosemary and lemon are heaven if you love olives (which I do!). We got two kinds of pizza. The Margharita Plus with the burratta is fantastic and our other selection was great as well. I also had a lemon house made soda and was very impressed. I would love to come back next time I'm in L.A.
