“Upscale Hotel at Edge of Beverly Hills”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Very welcoming staff in the valet area and lobby. Rooms all have balconies with Beverly Hills or Los Angeles views. Rooms upgraded to an excellent standard expected in a property of this type. Neighborhood is excellent for jogs or walks. Ask for upper floors with a Beverly Hills view. You can see the Hollywood sign in the distance.

Room Tip: High floor on Beverly Hills side for a good view of the area

Great hotel with amazing service! The staff was fabulous (specifically the bell staff and valet) which made for a nice stay. Although a few blocks away from the heart of Beverly Hills I was able to walk to most places in Beverly Hills and even over to WeHo.

Thank you for the stellar experience and I loved the personalized service throughout the duration of my stay.

This hotel is in Beverly Hills but 5 min deive from Rodeo drive. Once you arrive they have a great Valer parking and the guys are really helpfull to welcome you! Rooms are modern and spcious. I was facing the hollywood hills and beverly hills. i had a balcony and and i enjoyed every morning when i woke up. The room is spacious with a small 4 sqaure meters approx. foyer. Nice bathroom and all furnitures are modern. Very Cipriani style though. They offer you also a shuttlw with in the 3 miles zone for free! its pretty awesome.

The pool outside is also not bad. great spots to sit and you almost have all day sun. the pool is ground floor.

If you wanna be in Beverly Hills, close to highway and not in the middle of traffic stay here. its chic and trendy.

Wife and I decided to come back to Mr. C for our anniversary because we stayed here when we got married. While it is definitely on the expensive side, you notice how this hotel stands out from others as soon as you arrive.

The hotel has a little drive way and when you pull up there are guys in black suits ready to greet you and valet your car, verify your reservation and escorting you to the front desk.

The check-in process at this hotel is unlike most. You actually sit at the bar and the staff will check you in while you sip on a complementary bellini.

The rooms here are beautifully decorated and they all have balconies. We had a studio room on the 8th floor, L shaped with two balconies that had a wonderful view of LA.

Minutes after we settled in our room, the hotel sent up a bottle of champagne and pastries along with a letter congratulating us on our anniversary and welcoming us back. Very nice touch.

There are no ice machines in this hotel, whenever you want ice, you call the front desk and they will send up a bucket. Nice.

Free wifi which is always good. You can also get free bottles of water from the valet at any time.

Just be careful because everything else is $$$$. We walked downstairs to the lobby for a cup of coffee and it was $5 after tip and tax.

Overall, this is one of the fanciest hotels we've stayed at and really enjoyed the experience. Would love to come back any opportunity we get.

Checked in. Not a bad room. I have to be up for work 430am. I'm in bed and 1015 at night someone's banging on my door. I wake up get out of bed and answer. It's turn down service at 1015 on a Thursday night. Terrible service. So I call front desk to speak with the manager in duty. Holly said sorry about waking you can I offer you some tea. Some tea? No I want my supposably 5 star hotel service and sleep. Not no turn down service and when it finally comes its a 1015pm. Pathetic. Junk. Bad service topped off by would you like a tea.

My husband and I stayed here after our first hotel (Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills) booking was cancelled due to renovation work. We count ourselves very lucky to have been able to stay here. After a long flight from London we were greeted by the valet who parked our car (daily cost of $38), led to the foyer and served a drink whilst we were checked in sitting on their lovely sofas. An excellent start! The room itself was their most basic but didn't feel like it at all, it exuded old Hollywood glamour but was modern and spotless. Terrace was a lovely bonus as well. Each evening we were welcomed back with a turn down service where they ensured soft relaxing music was playing from the ipod dock. Our booking did not included breakfast but we did have it for free one morning when we ordered the night before but for some reason the door hanger with the order on was not collected, we rang down and it was brought for us within 10 minutes and free of charge! Such wonderful service. It is well located for exploring LA especially if you have a car (you need a car in LA!). There was free wifi too which was a pleasant surprise. Overall it was a pleasure staying there, one of our favourite hotels from our recent multicentre holiday to California and Nevada, I would definitely stay again if I was lucky enough to be travelling to the west coast again. It is well worth that little bit extra to stay there.
