“Very friendly and reliable!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012 via mobile

I needed a very last minute hotel late at night and the room was cheap and the place was nice. Also, a very lovely cafe is located across the street which had fantastic crepes. Also, when I needed a taxi, the front desk guy helped me out a lot! It was really clean and a nice stay overall.

This hotel offers a good location in LA, has a good price for value and has a very friendly staff! It has a parking for your car that cists 10 dollars per night which is not a lot being in center LA and they are very friendly when you ask to put your car before checkin/after checkout this is no problem. also the room was very good, clean and clean bathroom.

This is a nice hotel for the price. The owners are very welcoming and kind. The rooms are very clean and come with a flat screen TV, refrigerator, extra pillows and coffee machine. The laundry area is available to hotel guest. It has a homely feel to it.

Austrian, 2 Person, 4 Nights: we booked through booking.com and were completly statisfied. The staff was excellent and very, very friendly. We had even the possibility to check emails through his private laptop at the reception and printed there our Greyhound tickets. The Hotel is located right around the corner of all HOLLYWOOD attractions! We walked daily to the strip, either for sightseeing or just for a few drinks. The Hotel is family owned and the owners are very helpful with any kind assistance you might need. Many thanks for the stay and the warmful welcome, we enjoyed staying at yours!! Marks and Fenky

Trylon has ideal location, and vintage feel. Great for young people looking to have fun in Hollywood. Hollywood and Sunset are right there, close to lots of bars and cuisine, and within walking distance of several awesome vegan restaurants. Two rail stations within walking distance. Surrounding neighborhood has lots of gorgeous and hip young people walking around, and even joggers at night, giving it a safe feel. Very courteous staff, flat screen tvs with USB hookups, 3 HBO channels. Seedy L.A. underbelly is still there, if you want to find it! How could you ask for more?

The hotel is very well priced, clean and conveniently located to Hollywood Blvd. We chose this area because it was central to lots of different things we wanted to do in LA. Although some people may find this area a little run down so consider this a review of the hotel and NOT the area. There is a great cafe across the road which we ate at frequently, the staff are very friendly and there is a laundry next door too.
The room was cleaned daily and for the price the fixtures and fittings etc are of a good standard. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I chose to stay in the Hollywood area.
