This hotel was lovely. It was in a great position. On arrival we were offered a bigger room for $25 per night. This loft room was fantastic. We had three teenagers and two adults and had enough room. I didn't hear any traffic or noise at all and we were overlooking a Mexican restaurant. Martin was fantastic and helpful. Parking was easy and only $7 per night.

I would stay at this hotel again

Im not reviewing the hotel, its amenities and location, despite all being outstanding, but more so the superb customer service offered to me by reception desk attendant Rascha. She is a wonderful person and employee who helped me immensely at a very frustrating time I had to endure upon my arrival (for personal reasons, nothing hotel related). She was kind, attentive and offered me quick solutions, all of which made my frustration and anger subdue and turn into positives. Thank you Rascha for your amazing customer service and people skills. And to all Rascha's managers: good on ya for having such a gem behind your reception desk. She is simply amazing, and made a huge difference to my life that night. Thank you once again.

We were in town for a family gathering and this hotel was the perfect choice. It is a charming little place. Our room was nicely furnished and very comfortable, the breakfast room and patio are lovely and the food was more than adequate to get the day started. We were able to easily walk over to the beach and to the marina. It was nice to feel like we were staying in a neighborhood with a variety of services close by - bank, coffee shops, hair/nail salon, restaurants. It was also an easy trip from the airport, and a quick check-in when we arrived at midnight from the east coast! Washington Street is a fairly busy street, so my recommendation if you are not used to hearing some street noise at night and in the mornings is to request a room towards the back of the hotel.

We staid at the Inn during our week long honeymoon in LA. What a lovely hotel! The staff are super friendly and very helpful (especially Alfonso). Any time we needed something they were always there to point us in the right direction. The room was lovely, bright and very roomy. The place was very clean and the hotel was situated in a cool area - very much like Camden Town but on a beach! The breakfast on offer was good, they had a decent selection of food and drinks to suit most people's tastes. Especially liked the patio area where you could eat your breakfast in the mornings. We would definitely recommend this hotel to couples, families & those on business!
