The hotel overall was a nice place to stay. It was, however, loud! Lots of slamming doors, the carts used by the staff are very, very noisy and you can hear most of what is happening in your neighbor's room. The breakfast was mediocre as far as we were concerned. The standard waffle, frozen pastry, boxed cereal kind of thing and it was completely ravaged when we got there Saturday morning at 9am. The staff is excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed with the water pressure. We had a spa room and it took 20 minutes to fill our tub. We moved the second day because our neighbor's tv was blaring all night and the heater in our room was too loud to even consider turning on. The hotel is on the right track, but it is not as nice a place as the pictures lead me to believe.
