I thought looking for a restaurant with my college aged daughter on a Sunday evening was going to be a challenge. Last minute dinner and movie and no reservations!
PF Chang's sounded good-I like to eat fairly healthy and this was close to the theater (across the street) as well. As we approached we saw several people waiting to be seated.
Turns out the wait was brief. We asked to be seated in the patio on this warm, November evening. This beautiful evening began with a glass of Chardonnay, a Lager and Tsing Tao beer. We ordered Stir Fried Eggplant, Orange Peel Chicken, noodles and brown rice to accompany our cocktails. All were thoroughly enjoyed! Delicious and just enough for three hungry people.
My only complaint is as the evening progressed the candles on the tables were not lit. There were no lights outside unless you were seated adjacent to the restaurant window. It was getting pretty dark (the heat lamps weren't lit since the evening was unseasonably warm). The ambient light from neighboring venues helped.
Total bill came to approximately $45 (excluding tip- we added 20%)
