Breakfast area was not up to my standards. Also too many dogs allowed in the lobby area. Rooms were clean, bedding was good.

I had my reservation made online and when I arrived I was told I did not have a room because they ware overbooked, They got me a room acros the street at Best Western.
First time this happened to me, I did not like it.

PS: The reason I did rate <Poor> is because I had to pick one.

The price was good. Breakfast was very basic: cereal, bread, pastries, toaster waffles
The gal at the front desk was nice. The guy wasn't very friendly and seemed to have no knowledge about all the wineries in the area. The room was very small. It WAS pet friendly for a $10.00 additional fee per night.

Room Tip: I chose an upper floor because I didn't want someone stomping above us.

I stayed at this hotel several nights per week during a one month period. I gave it a 4 star rating because of it's overall value to price ratio. The bed and pillows were good, too. The rooms are small and do not have a coffee maker.

Every room in which I stayed was clean without serious flaws like mold and mildew. However, the linens and towels were occasionally worn. Note to mgmt: You should increase your pars and/or replace overused items.

One of the biggest flaws and incredibly petty was the absence of shampoo/conditioner from the rooms. If you ask the front desk, they will give you a plastic bag with those items and a cheap razor. I only needed shampoo, but I was informed that the bag was prepacked and to just take everything. I took my own during subsequent stays. This is just a dumb approach to reducing expenses.

The breakfast is extremely basic and not always stocked with the necessary items such as juice or milk for cereal. There does not seem to be any urgency to maintain this aspect, so go bother the front desk and I do mean bother. I am not sure how well English was understood by everyone who worked there.

I would say that inconsistency is perhaps the biggest problem at this property. Inconsistent service levels and room details such as flashing alarm clocks several times were prevalent most of the time.

With all that said, the property felt clean and safe and is a good value. There are several discounts available from Wyndham that may make this even a better value.

Room Tip: Good blackout curtains, but ask to not be in the direct path of the security lights if possible. I t...

Need an affordable place to rest your head, this is it. No frills. It is a basic motel-- though there is free WIFI, YAY! and some semblance of breakfast. If you want something a little more substantial, the Best Western across the street is probably a better bet (where I have also stayed) but for this stay I just needed a place to take sleep, and shower, before hitting the road again and this was cheaper.
