“Fa La La La La La La Quinta!”

Summertime...'Tis the season to be jolly!That's right! Being jolly isn't just for Christmas anymore. The guest experience is an awesome one. Jonathan at the front desk was put to the test with a couple of my requests. (No, I'm not a Rapper!) He was very kind, understanding, and last, but not least, HOSPITABLE! Hello, McFly. Isn't that what it's all about? Great stay, NOW GO DO IT!

Room Tip: If you like quiet, choose a room away from the indoor pool!

Fantastic staff! You should ask for Jonathan. Very helpful. Really nice rooms for the price. I really enjoy staying just to get away and relax. Exceptionally clean non over chlorinated pool. Good continental breakfast. Booking 2 rooms on the 10th of this month. Have all my friends and family stay here when in the bay. Little far from where I live but worth the drive. Kevin B.

Booked as a simple budget option following a transatlantic flight but was pleasantly surprised by this location. Welcome was friendly and set the tone. Room was pleasant enough and although it faced the freeway was quiet. Breakfast was a cut above the standard "continental breakfast" option. I was particularly impressed by the self service waffle maker. Also, great cheese omelettes.

Overall an above average stay enhanced by staff attitudes.

Our Bright-Side breakfat is indeed more than the basic continental, as we offer many more varieties with hot breakfast items. Poorly designed (narrow hallways, tight corners with luggage cart, very poor front and side doors extremely difficult for disabled people with canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, no wheelchair cuts in sidewalk. Lamp didn't work in room.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Try to get room away from freeway. Very clean but needs some refurbishing architecturally and to bring up to code (ADA compliance)
Breakfast unimpressive. Nice little swimming pool.

We are going to make strides to improve and change based on what you have pointed out to us. You are so right, and thanks for taking the time to give us your critique from your recent stay. We are now at the planning stage of renovating this hotel by years' end. Hopefully, you will come back to see the changes as our product will improve for the best.

Hotel room smelled like animals, and musty. I'm a dog lover and have a couple, but my house doesn't smell like pet dander or urine. Room was 10 years outdated, bed was uncomfortable, still using dirty old bed spreads that are not cleaned daily. This was my last resort for a last minute trip to Livermore. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast area was dirty and there was a spider on ceiling above food and a cockroach underneath the serving counter; I didn't eat after seeing that!

Dear guest we truly understand the reason of your complaints. Yes being a pet friendly hotel has it's challenges. Nevertheless we should provide better upkeep to prevent any kind of pet odor by deep cleaning rooms and shampooing carpets as often as we possibly could. To that meausre we failed to do our job. We are truly sorry. As far as the spider or roach, we do our best to contain any type of pesticides, through professional exterminator service from Ecolab. Hopefully you will give us another chance. Thank You!

I'm a long time dedicated, loyal La Quinta member, often earning rewards for FREE nights. The only hotel chain that accepts all sized dogs, at no charge or deposit required. It is a non-smoking hotel that's reasonably priced, great quick breakfast, always excellent service, quiet, up-scale, clean, with well appointed grounds and rooms! My dog and I just love La Quinta!

I'd like to say that the employees are the best. Courteous, well manored, and very polite. the only thing, and it is the only thing I have problems with (not just this hotel, but every one that is in this level of hotels) is the cleaniness of the rooms. The maids are always to quick and want to leave early, very early. It's as if there time schedual is not working with the guest, and i'm a guest who helps clean. I'd like to be a supervising maid for these places so they could see how rooms should be cleaned..Deena
