I am so glad that your enjoyed your recent stay with us at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Livermore. We do offer more than 200 channels from Dish Network, but I apologize that the Golf Channel is not one of them. I will see if it might be possible to add this to our HD programming package.

It is so nice to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, and that you found our location to be a quiet retreat. We did spend quite a bit of time and energy making sure that the outside noise from close by freeway and traffic did not intrude on our guest's experience.

While we found the staff friendly, the breakfast inviting, and the rooms clean, they were also noisy. We could hear people above us , water running throughout and people walking down the halls. With triple AAA or entertainment book, the price on two of our three nights was reasonable. Close to all of the local venues, this hotel is oddly placed behind a car wash. Yes, I would stay here again. I would just ask for third floor room.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham! I am sorry that the room you were in was a bit noisy during your stay. We do our best to eliminate the outside sounds, including double paned windows in all guest rooms.

The shower head did not produce a good water patern. It would be nice to have a respectable excercise facility to use while away from home instead of a very small room with a couple of out dated cardio machines.

The hospitality was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experiences at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Livermore. I am sorry to hear that the shower head was not functioning properly, and I have alerted my maintenance team so they can address the issue.

I am happy to say that the fitness center equipment is in the process of being updated, and you can expect to see all new equipment within the next few months.
