“Best Winemaker in Livermore”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2010

Tom's small tasting room and winery feature spectacular views of the valley and remain a local gem among the many newer Livermore wineries. I highly recommend his Rhone wines for those who prefer a european influenced, food friendly style. What many don't know is that his tasting room team includes among the most knowledgeable staff you can encounter. Tom is a wine maker's wine maker and is free with his knowledge, helping many others improve their craft, including many amatures that he supports. He also continues to avoid the marketing hype many trendy wineries go for, such as wine clubs. Their team prefers to run tasting events at the winery and share the special deals during these events with any who arrive, regardless of "status."

Tom and Emilie Coyne are almost always available at the winery, so you can meet the team that actually produces, sources the grapes and manages the winery. A nice throwback to the Napa days where the wine maker was pouring at most wineries. Some of the best value wines in California. But don't take my word for it, look it up or visit.

“Wonderful Time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2008

We went to the winery on Sunday, March 16th. It was a really nice visit. Emilie, one of the owners, explained the wine to us and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend a stop at this winery on your tour!
