Visited Nicely's on route to Bodie Ghost town. Loved the diner feel to the restaurant, envied the two people who ate at the counter as this was a long held ambition of mine. We arrived for breakfast, as first timers in the States we had played it safe and ate at Denny's but wanted to try something more authentic. The menu was groaning with choice. I had the garden omelette which was tasty and crammed with cheese and broccoli, the daughter had corned beef hash and hubby the French toast, which was a giant portion. Everything was hot, tasty and home cooked, special mention for the coffee which was the best I'd drunk since arriving in the states. Overall, a great experience
