Me and my husband stayed at this hotel over valentines day weekend. from outside it is kinda a scary place to stay but we had a really good time with no problems other then the girl that worked Thursday(2-14) and Friday(2-15) 7-3 had HORRIBLE customer service i do not know her name because it was not any where to be found. I feel if you do not like your job and can not at least act like it u should not b working somewhere I work at Ramada another Wyndham property and she was just NOT someone i would hire at my property due to her bad attitude .... when we woke up for breakfast she was doing her makeup behind the desk so we asked her what there was to go in California, she says NOTHING i go well i hear there are a lot of beaches there malls we are not far from Hollywood there has to b something and she says well beaches i guess if you wanna do that!!! NO HELP AT ALL then when we were done with breakfast she was listening to her i pod, i remember this because i said wow my boss would never let me listen to my ipod behind the desk... but on the other hand Crystal and Mike were great.. really funny and made us feel at home... so we figured out some thing to do on Thursday and when Chrystal came back on we asked her what we should do and of course she was a huge help... other then the girl in the morning we had a great stay rooms very clean,
