We required temporary housing due to a water/plumbing disaster in our home. Our stay was 25 nights while restoration of our home was done. This hotel is a mile from our house and so was very convenient for us. The staff made us very comfortable during our stay. Daily breakfast was a welcome service. Good cookies too!

Fantastic breakfasts are included daily. And happy hour Monday through Thursdays which includes cookies. :-)
Surprised that such a new hotel would have such noisy toilets and showers. But overall a very nice stay.

Although it has a decor of old victorian, it has a quaint feel to it. The breakfast and happy hour treats is what makes the stay sweeter! And the homemade cookies are to die for! The staff are super friendly and very attentive. I did have a minor problem in my room, but it was out of their control. An animal climbed into the vent system and it stunk the whole floor, but that wasn't their fault. Let's hope they got that stench out. I recommend staying in a corner room and on the third floor because if you have someone above you that walks heavy, you'll be counting their steps while you sleep

Stayed at this property in early December 2012. Was on the first floor, off the lobby. Always very quiet in the hotel and in my room, which was very nicely appointed, bed very comfortable, nice writing table and chair and sofa, with coffee table. Plenty of lighting. Liked very much hotel offered DSL and wireless -- I always seem to have trouble with wireless in hotels. Continental breakfast was a FULL breakfast, and enjoyable. The property itself is very clean and orderly, attractive, and pleasantly staffed. I certainly will stay there when I travel there in the future.
