This is a restaurant which is part of a small chain. Have eaten in San Juan Capistrano with generally great food and service. We had dinner with friends. Things did not start out well when the waitress said "no" to my request for blue cheese stuffed olives for my martini. She offered to bring me the blue cheese for me to stuff myself. Aft getting our drinks she hovered and wanted out dinner order. We wanted to sip on our drinks awhile. Of course when we were ready, she was not available. The roasted chicken was nice, but overcooked, penne pasta with Italian sausage was terrible...penne not cooked, tomatoes out of a can and sausage minuscule. The waitress did not come to see how our dishes were, until we were half finished. Overall no
t up to the standard of the other Sundried Cafes.
There was only one bathroom, and it was not clean at all. One wonders if the kitchen is as clean as the rest room? Would not recommend this restaurant. San Juan Capistrano is bett.
