Loved the scenic views, and the sound of the waves crashing in. Very peaceful way to spend the morning. The park is free but it does cost $2.00/hour for parking- the parking spaces have a parking meter on them.
We loved the stroll in Heisler Park. Every turn had a beautiful vew, manicured gardens and several beach access spots. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. A wonderful way to spend a Sunday morning.
Visit a 9-11 memorial, see local artist sculptures, enjoy native coastal planting and hear the roar of the sea. All for free at Heisler Park in Laguna Beach. There are great restaurants close by, shops and a museum you can walk to. If you are visiting and staying in Laguna, there is free yoga at the park. Check the visitor center.
Walk all the way down the beach. Check out the tidepools. Seal rock is nice. It's a pretty afternoon walk.
What a gem! While not extraordinarily expansive ---- it could not be more perfectly located. Wonderful views throughout. A great place to stroll and just enjoy creation!
