Had an early meal here on a Thursday. They were having some trouble with their sound system, but everything else was hitting on all cylinders. Started with the bone marrow. Wow, what unctuous goodness, but with tasty accoutrements like toasted bread, a marmalade that tasted like caramelized figs, and marinated anchovies. The octopus a la plancha was both savory and crunchy. The Grilled Smoked Kurobuta Pork Delmonico was tasting and filling, but nothing particularly special. On the other hand, for dessert, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Panacotta
Strawberry sorbet, chocolate pearls, taragon, was excellent. Great friendly service. A nice vibe as the dining room began to fill up. All told, a great meal. I'll be back to try more things soon.
