Dropped into this establishment on a quiet night off season and unseasonably hot around 8 pm. The place was packed which is a good sign. The hostess advised us that the wait would be a half hour and judging by the crowd we decided the wait was worth it. We were given a pager that would page us back to the restaurant when a table was ready (we had requested the outside patio). We walked around Old Town La Quinta until we were paged back in a half hour. Our meals were very good with prompt, attentive service as the crowd was thinning out when we got our meals. I had a great and unique Calammari salad. Very tasty and huge. My companion had a pasta dish that she was pleased with. We had sat under a canopy guessing that the misters would be away from us. Not so! I get why they are there but there is no escape from them.
