“Best place to take pictures”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

This place looks straight out of a story book and is an excellent place to take pictures during your trip to San Diego. Take your kids here, have them play on the lawn and snap pictures of them with the Mormon temple behind. People will think you were in Europe somewhere

“Quite a view”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

Mormon Temple is really quite amazing site. Even more so at night when it is lit up. Hard to miss it as you drive on interstate 5 north or south.

“Riverside County Visitor”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

Worth the stop. Beautiful grounds and an architectural masterpiece. Religious symbols and white exterior against the azure sky is breathtaking. Peaceful and calm surroundings. Happy and clean people. Courteous visitor guides who answered questions about the faith and history of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the area. Also went the Mormon Battalion Visitor Center in Old Town. Felt like a Disney attraction inside and out but FREE!

“Beautiful landmark”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

The San Diego Temple just shimmers when lit up at night and can easily be seen from the freeway. We love to visit whenever we are in San Diego. The grounds are perfectly maintained and very peaceful.

“great”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

The temple is really nice. If you are not a member you cannot enter but the grounds are really nice and there are people to show you around and explain the building to you. It is 70,000 square feet and they have a gift shop.
