“Get the pecan tart”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2011

We had a mixed opinion of this place. We went for breakfast, and my wife's experience was good while mine was terrible. She had coffee and a breakfast burrito, which were both good.

I had coffee and the waffles with strawberries, neither of which I enjoyed. The milk curdled in my coffee (but not in my wife's for some reason), and I found a hair halfway through the replacement cup. The waffles were nicely presented, but flat and rubbery and almost inedible.

We got a pecan tart and macaroon to go. The pecan tart was delicious, but again had a long black hair stuck to it.

“Great find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2011

We actually found this restaurant by accident and decided to try it. The menu has pictures of every dish and has several options. The atmosphere is relaxing and nice. Service is great and last but not least kid friendly!

“Yum!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2011

Delightful cafe and bakery set away from the hustle and bustle of the busy part of Prospect. Pain au raisins, pain chocolat, tartine, cafe au lait -- oh la la! Eggs florentine were perfect with herbed potatoes and the freshest fruit cup around. Patio or inside dining, full espresso bar and lots of cocktails too. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

“Great location, food and prices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2011

Had a wonderful breakfast outdoors with my wife and friends. Located in the midst of the shopping area on Prospect St, the attractive restaurant served us omelettes, quiches, and scrambled eggs with sides of fruit, potatoes, and bacon. Service was excellent and prices were low. Can't wait to go back!
