“Beautiful views with wall of windows!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013

Just returned from a week in Tahoe! We stayed in Unit 49. It provided spectacular views and was a great unit for our family. Its location was easy to enter from the outside being on the ground floor The unit was well equipped in the kitchen, the grill was small but in the end it worked out just fine. Our only complaint was the unit could have been cleaner the carpets were stained and it was obvious the carpet was not vacuumed under the furniture or dusted too well. There was a musty smell upon arrival but we were able to air out the unit within a day or so. My husband felt the owners may have pets stay there. The pool and dock areas were beautiful and the location was convenient for all our activities around the lake! we would definitely return!!
The guest services also helped us to find some great hikes! thanks!

We traded thru RCI into unit 30 at Brockway Springs Resort. Although the unit was slightly dated, we were thrilled with how spacious the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths were. We loved the two decks, the fireplace, the well-stocked kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the pool (even in October) and we all enjoyed the paths around the resort. The resort is within walking distance of some really good restaurants too. We were disappointed, though, that there was no hot tub. Overall, we were exceedingly pleased!

We've stayed in this unit multiple times. It is fine tuned for being more than comfortable, very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen has all the amenities one would want. The unit is on the second floor and has a perfect view of the lake. The spacious deck outside the living room is great for BBQing or just relaxing and enjoying the view. Couldn't want for anything more.

We rented a 3 BR unit at Brockway Springs July 2012. We wanted to take the kids and grandparents on a little vacation. Kids love all things water related, and grand parents love the mountains, so Tahoe was a perfect destination for us. We were looking for a property close to the lake, with enough space for 3 generations to spread out. Wish list included a property with access to a pool in a peaceful neighborhood, with shops/ restaurants nearby. We enjoy the natural beauty of Tahoe's north shore, South shore tends to be too commercial for us.

We really lucked out when we found a townhouse at Brockway Springs. After scouring vrbo, craigslist and expedia -- we finally came upon this hidden gem through Marmot Realty. The condo (townhouse) was spacious, spotless, everything in the unit had been updated and the bathrooms and kitchen were very modern and luxurious. The complex is right on the lake, and every unit has lake views, as well as decks to enjoy the views from!

The pool is fantastic - located on the lake with magnificent views. The property also has a private pier with amazing views. Another bonus was being walking distance from Kings Beach -- really wonderful in the summer - plenty of cafes and water sports. It offered up the best of Tahoe - the condo was tranquil with lovely views, but we were steps away from the beach action. The property is also about 5 mins from the Cal/ Nevada border - so it's easy to get to a casino in the evening. The lovely Hyatt hotel is about 10 minutes away (we never made it there because our complex was so pretty).

We drove around the lake one day which was gorgeous. Also took a Gondola ride at Heavenly, and visited the gorgeous Emerald Bay. Wanted to visit squaw, and take a boat ride along the lake, but we ran out of town. Gives us an excuse to return.

Brockway springs is a lovely property, with a fantastic lakefront setting. Perfect for a summer getaway!

Room Tip: Each unit is different and rented by individual owners....

Over the past years we have had the opportunity to visit North Lake Tahoe and visit the condominiums at Brockway Springs. This resort has everything you can possibly ask for. The view was beautiful, the grounds were perfectly maintained, the staff was exceptional and most importantly it is perfect for the whole family, very kid friendly. This is the place you should try on your next visit to North Lake Tahoe.

We stayed here for the first time this summer (in a 2-bedroom/1-bath on the ground level). With two young kids and family in Reno we prefer the north shore/King's Beach. This resort is wonderful. Our unit was clean and comfortable, with a great layout -- decent sized kitchen open to the living space/deck so you can prep/cook while talking/watching kids or TV. There is a large grassy area inside "the horseshoe" of condos with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play hide-and-seek under parents' watchful eyes from the decks. The private/gated pool was our favorite part of this place -- super clean, very WARM water (heated by hot springs) that our kids wanted to play in all day, and a great view of the lake. There is a 1.5 ft. deep baby pool joined by a higher ledge with the big pool and plenty of chairs and shade even when the pool was crowded. Very nice bathrooms right there too. There is NO BEACH at this resort, which made me hesitate to book it, but it was actually really nice to not worry about sandy children constantly and just enjoy the pool. King's Beach (public) is a 10-minute walk away.

I highly suggest this place for people with younger children since the quiet hours are definitely adhered to -- the place goes dark at 10pm and kids are out playing on the lawns by 8am.

We stayed there for the first time last year. North Lake Tahoe is so beautiful! The unit we stayed is Unit 64 on the 6th floor with incredible views of Tahoe. It is a 3 bedroom condo with many upgrades. The private pool area is glassed in and the private pier and swim up dock is awesome! If you want a 5 star vacation with the comforts of all the amenities to enjoy your vacation this is the place!

Room Tip: Make sure you ask when booking if the unit has been upgraded. These are privately owned and some of...
