This picturesque inn caught our attention from the moment we laid eyes on it. The inside was just as nice as the outside. Warm, clean, quiet. Rooms were private, with nice individual bathrooms. Unlike most inns that are converted from private homes, this inn was designed from the ground up to be perfect for travelers.
The breakfast was generous, and quite tasty! Virginia, our innkeeper, was an exceptionally thoughtful host during our stay. Full of local knowledge, enjoying life, and happy to share her home with we guests!
Located right across from the river, and yet just on the edge of this hidden hamlet, we could walk everywhere we needed to. The entire town seemed designed to make our stay quite enjoyable. Would have stayed a week had we the time.
I've been to a number of B&Bs and this one deserves a 5-star rating.
