First time stay here. Booked room and requested top floor. It is a 3 story building. Got there around 3pm and was told 4 pm was check in. No problem. When I asked for the top floor the staff said not possible because all rooms had been "assigned". When I asked what that meant the desk person said the boss had assigned all rooms and that was that. I said since there wasn't any 3rd floor rooms "unassigned" I'd like a 1st floor room, not the 2nd floor. When I came back 1.5 hours later I was given a ground handicapped room. Better than nothing I suppose. Not very flexible. Room was OK but side chairs and carpet were very dirty looking and needs replacing. It was quiet but not convenient to anything w/o a long drive. Priced accordingly.

The room was modern and clean, what we really appreciated. Unfortunately the pool was tiny, crowded and not so nice situated. But the staff was nice and the breakfast was good (home made pancakes, toast, fruits, cereals). Unfortunately, you have to eat it in your room. But we had a nice couch, so it was ok.

I searched for hotels in the area and found this hotel to be one of the best, UNTIL I arrived. The room was dumpy, stains and holes on the ceiling, I wouldn't take my shoes off and walk on the floor and the sink was falling off the wall. It was very expensive and would expect a room to be a little nicer at that. I couldn't sleep all night wondering if a bug would crawl on me. Im not sure what room was renovated, but it sure wasn't ours.

We stayed two nights to pan gold and enjoy the surrounding towns. After arrival, we entered the room to the horrendous smell of pine sol solvent. The smell never left for the entire two days. I tried to wipe down the bathroom floor to get rid of the smell and the washcloth turned brown. The bathrooms are super small and the drapes didn't close tight, the hook attached to the dated curtain was broken. On the second day they sprayed the side walk and completely drenched our car in mud. This could have been avoided. We had to get a car wash a half hour away. If you have little kids the pool is not for you-- it starts at 42 inches. The breakfast was a wash - the fruit was brown mostly cut up apples and oranges.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. Its best feature is the view since its outside of town up on a hill.

Its pricey for the amenities provided but on the other hand its probably the one of the better places to stay in the area. Their Wifi is reliable. The TV signal looks to be digital, not HD, although the set was HD (probably 720p LCD). The refrigerator is large for a mini and there was a microwave. The breakfast is lacking so skip it.

Room Tip: The third floor rooms are accessable from an upper parking lot - no stairs to climb. The view is qui...

We had nothing but an excellent experience.

Friendly people greeted us at check in. The room was very clean and recently renovated. The paint was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the wi-fi and A/C worked great. Add to that a fridge and microwave. It exceeded our expectations of a hotel of its star rating and price. An excellent value.

This hotel was apparently remodelled, but they forgot the finishing touches...like just drilling a hole in the ceiling for the sprinkler and then having the sprinkler dangle through the hole.
One tiny pouch of shampoo was in the room for 4 people, so bring your own. Not enough coffee creamer and sugar. Room was clean, but air freshener was overpoweringly strong. Space for fridge had no fridge. TV rather small for the big space on wall.
Breakfast not impressive...you have to come and get it in the lobby and take it to your room...and there were no trays available.

Room Tip: 201 was away from the street. No elevator.
