“Great food, great service, great people!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 29, 2012

This was our 3rd Annual Motorcycle Road trip to Yosemite. Our group grew bigger and Denise and the staff was great at accommodating 20 people! They put our name down and was ready for us when we arrived. The food is outstanding! This is our MUST stop place for breakfast/lunch on our way to and from Yosemite. The hardest decision to make is what you want to eat. Everything is good; Chicken Fried steak & eggs, Pork Chops are heaven, hash brown is cooked just perfect! The service just never stops from the time you sit down until you leave. Drinks are always filled, the food arrives fast! The cooks are just the best! Thank you Denise, Angie for a great meal! We'll be back again and again not just for our annual road trip but just for lunch!

“Not to be missed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012

When you travel the back roads as much as I do you are always looking for the family run cafe's who deliver the best food and the best service in a friendly home grown atmosphere. Woods Creek Cafe is one such establishment that should not be missed by anyone passing through Jamestown. It's popularity is a dead giveaway as you drive by because the parking lot in front of the Cafe is packed with cars and Harley's. Pulling in you are presented with a wait .... The cafe is small and packed and there is a waiting list on a whiteboard for you to fill in to wait your turn for a table. When you are seated by the ever friendly owner or attentive hostess, you are given a menu of delight. No calorie counting in this establishment. Order what you will and you will get fed with the best food that America can produce. Your server will always have a smile, your coffee cup will be full regardless of how busy the staff are and whatever you order will be perfectly prepared and served with a smile. if I could award more than five stars I would. My corned beef hash with eggs and pancakes were delicious. I only wish they would reduce their portions to help my waste line. No luck .... I'll have to skip Denny's tonight.

“Homely diner with excellent food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2012 via mobile

Make sure you bring cash because this special place doesn't allude to ATMs or credit cards.

This is a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch. I go to breakfast here all the time. Order from the menu or take the "blue plate special" out for a spin. Changes everyday. The food tastes wonderful, service is friendly and upbeat. Keep in mind there may be a little wait but not long as there is a fast turnaround for tables as customers are friendly to hang out elsewhere so people can enjoy a meal. You won't be disappointed!
