Our room was very small and had one full sized bed. There was no refrigerator in the room. Our air conditioning did not work and our room was hot and stuffy. A facilities engineer was sent to our room and at 11:30PM he got it working. He apologized and told us "these old systems need constant maintenance". The self parking is inadequate for the hotel and if you return to the hotel later in the evening it is difficult to find a space to park. Reception staff were not helpful and bordered on being rude. We had expected much better of a Crowne Plaza facility and were very disappointed. We will not stay here again.

I'd not pay to stay here, again. Room was smallish, HVAC didn't work when I arrived, decor is dated, fitness center was small and one of the two elliptical machines was broken. Plus, they charge to park. I got a $42 rate through Priceline, and that's about what it was worth. Not 3.5 stars--2.5 or 3 stars at best.

The Crowne Plaza was very nice for the amount we paid. The rooms were well-kept, the service memorable, and the location adequate. The biggest downside was the $12 per night parking fee they charge. I feel that parking should always be part of staying at the hotel.

Overall:

Good hotel, I do NOT recommend the standard rooms, before I was upgraded to an executive room I was able to have a look round one of them. They were in great need to be refurbished, tatty, tired looking, large old TV. All in all not up to the standard of the hotel. The Executive rooms are MUCH better.
The executive floor has free basic breakfast and free drinks in the evening.
