My wife, who is gluten and dairy intolerant, was pleasantly surprised when we were invited to a graduation dinner at this restaurant.
We normally avoid pasta palaces because of her condition, but it appears more eateries are catching on to the need for gluten-free dishes. My wife was able to design her own dish from an a-la-carte type menu. She was quite pleased and said the pasta tasted like the real thing. It did not look any different from what others in our party ordered.
The server was very friendly and attentive to our group, which helped make the graduate feel even more special on her memorable day. Not having to worry about digestive issues allowed us to enjoy the occasion instead of worrying about where to go eat afterwards. Keep up the good work Macaroni Grill, we'll be back.
