The hotel worked for my purposes. I wouldn't bring my wife and kids unless we had to catch an early flight from LAX. I had a non-smoking room, however, it had a strong disgustingly nasty cigarette smell. Make sure you bring a good air freshening spray (Yankee Candle, etc), or you will regret not doing so. Once I used a lot of citrus spray, it was fine, however, I had to spray the room twice a day. They offer a breakfast with muffins, fruit, and a couple cereals, but thats about it. It closes at 9:00am., and don't be late. They seemed to have it all put away by 9:01. Randy's Donuts is a block away, & Arby's (Yummm, beef & cheddar) is two buildings to the west.

Close to LAX. Close to the freeway. Several restaurants nearby. Let me suggest Tumby's Pizza, just a short walk down the street. The area was safe. The room was clean and the folks at the front desk were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Got in on a late flight from Florida and was planning on sleeping in the airport until the morning. Bagged that idea, and called up this hotel from the guest phone at LAX and got a great Triple A rate. Van picked us up, and while the neighborhood didn't look so appealing at 1:00 AM, the hotel manager was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean, bathroom was very large which shocked me, and it was nice that I had a first floor room. In the morning, the neighborhood didn't look bad, it was more industrial businesslike area, but the hotel was great. It served its purpose, and the van took us back to the airport to catch the bus into LA. Manager was great. Would stay there again if I had to.
