“Friendly, safe place to stay and play!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2011

I take my mother who is 80 years old to stay and play here. We usually stay for two nights and enjoy our time together gambling, eating and relaxing. I feel that it is a very safe environment and feel comfortable that she can maintain her independence while we are there.

I was traveling alone and was here for only one night. I had found the resort online and saw their promotion of $99 and $20 gift card and free $20 slot money when you play your own $20. What a deal. I felt safe and comfortable the room was luxurious. I have zero complaints except that I wish I could have stayed longer. I spend my gift card on the buffet dinner which is $17.99. I was happy to have a free dinner and even happier with the quality of food. So much better than a typical casino buffet. Even a chocolate fountain.

Would definitely stay here again, especially with the $99 deal. Oh, one special note. The $99 room is with a mountain view, pool view is $119. Worth every penny.

Oops, sorry, one complaint- No free internet it is $9.95 per visit. These days internet should always be free.

My family and I had the most enjoyable experience at Fantasy Springs Resort Hotel & Casino, the service was excellent from the time we made the reservations to check out time, your staff was very helpful, our rooms were clean and comfortable with prompt room service, the casino floor clean and inviting and we really appreciated the excellent air quality. We felt very lucky too!! Thank you Fantasy Springs for this great experience

Enjoyed our stay. Great buffet. Room was a little smaller than normal but still very nice - wonderful view! They charge a $12.00 user fee on top of the room chg.- not quite sure what that was for.

If you love bingo this is the spot... great choices of games, good clear callers... nice friendly staff and large jackpots....try the buffet for lunch.. less crowded and price fairly....the pool area can be very windy at times more so in the late afternoon so get to the pool early...the 12 floor has a great view of the area where they serve drinks and play pool....overall its an above average hotel with only above average experience....

My husband and I wanted a memorable get away that was close to home and at a reasonable price. Fantasy Springs fit the bill! We reserved a night's stay and concert package. The package included free gaming, drinks and a $50 dining credit. The hotel/casino is not a showstopping Vegas experiance, but that's not what I wanted. Lobby couches a little 'worn', but overall presentation other wise was fine. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accomodating. Everything within reasonable walking distance, great layout of casino, dining, entertainment venues.
Dining options fine, though a sit down 'coffee shop/diner' would be nice. Dined at the Bistro and felt like we'd 'died and gone to heaven'! Service, Food, Ambiance, Service...did I mention Food? Order the 'Lobster Bisque' and 'Mushroom dusted Scallops' and you will understand. Hopefully, Kathy will be your server! Concert venue okay, but could use stadium style seating, so your view remains unobstructed when people stand to dance, etc. Overall GREAT!!!.

The rooms were very nice , such a comfortable mattress, soft bedding and the pillows were awesome the only negative I could say about it was maybe housekeeping should check a little we found a quart of what looked like it was orange juice at one time. Also the coffee makers in the room maybe need to be cleaned we had something floating in our coffee. Buffet could of been a little better lunch and dinner were basically the same add a little shrimp and it became dinner.
