This is a a small restaurant in a rather funky building (which I imagine has some history) next to a railroad track. There are two rooms, one with a counter and a glass front refrigerator cabinet, one without. It is the polar opposite of fancy.
People were friendly. Food was very good, maybe excellent. Best Mexican rice I ever had. Tasty salsa. Nice, smoky flavored shredded chicken. My Pina Colada was made with canned whipped cream (an ingredient I didn't recall from the last one I had). But, it was tasty.
The bathrooms were not spotless, which is the reason I didn't give top marks. Not terrible, but certainly not spotless.
