“Just okay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2012

From other reviews, we had high expectations, but the food was very mediocre. The singing waiters were interesting - all had nice voices.

“EXCELLENT SINGING, BUT THE MEAL LACKED”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2012

We so looked forward to trying this very charming Italian restaurant with wonderful decor, etc.; however we were very disappointed in our entrees. We both ordered the same early bird chicken parmiganna and it was served very very luke warm. It appeared that the chicken had been thawed in a microwave and never got warmed up sufficently and with like a warm Prego or Ragu spaghetti sauce was splashed on top. We immediately told our lovely waitress of our disappointment and she very sweetly apologized and said they would make it up with our dessert. Hmmmm!! Anyway, the singing by the staff was super and we just wished the meal was just that also.

“Rude management”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2012 via mobile

We made a reservation several days in advance with a man who answered their phone. When we arrived a woman sitting at the desk said she couldn't find it and suggested we called the wrong place. I had their phone number in my cell. It was them. No apology from them for their incompetence.

There were at least four empty tables as it was 5:30. She said we could only sit outside where there was a wandering toddler and a dog. We have been there many times not for the food, which is just passable. I would be happy to never go again but my husband liked the music. Guess I get my way thanks to a rude manager!

I prefer restaurants on open table for convience as well as assurance they actually record their reservations. Bad food and rudeness are not worth the singing!

“Pricey but worth it.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2012

We,two couples, arrived at our reservation time and our table was waiting for us. We found a very well developed Italian menu and we each ordered differently. One of our party was somewhat disappointed with the white sauce he had chose and our waitress took immediate action and brought a sauce more to his liking. Until the singing started the noise level in the restaurant had attained an unpleasant level but tapered off with a song from Les Miserables sung quite professionally by one of the waitresses. The staff performed one set after another throughout the evening and each was well done. We found prices were somewhat above the norm however considering the quality and quantity of entertainment it was more than worth it. An evening well worth remembering

“Great dining experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2012

The food was great and the singing staff made it fun!

The staff took great care of us. Somehow our reservation was lost but they found a table for us and treated us well the entire night.
