“good value”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2012

Good food at decent prices, especially during happy hour. Don't expect anything too great though. I'd say avg to above avg when factored with price.

“Great Date Night”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2011

Although it can get pricey - we love to come here. It's romantic to cook your food at the table. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is always great.

I like to get the Geisha dinner...like I said, a little pricey when you add some alcohol. But it's worth it - the experience has always been positive.

I sincerely wish small children would be taken to more appropriate venues. (I have 5 kids, so I'm not a hater. I just like it when I pay for a babysitter, and don't end up having romance spoiled by crying and yelling)

I have never tried happy hour, but I need to. I highly recommend this place. Be aware that if you get on the email list - you will be BOMBARDED!!!! But at least you won't miss out on the great specials.

“A tasty way to spend an afternoon.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2011

This is the second time I've come to this restaurant, and I had sit down and mention our most recent visit. The food was definitely very tasty. They use hardwood charcoal to impart extra flavor. Also, they have the high-tech grills that suck the smoke down into the grill so you don't smell smokey afterwards. The selection of meats was good. Eat meat was nicely seasoned and after a few short minutes ready to eat. Try the beef tongue, it is delicious! They also offer veggies in foil to throw on the grill, if you're thinking about balancing out the meat overload!

Protip: To offset the cost, go with the AYCE (all you can eat) option, this INCLUDES drinks! The champagne and sake (cold of course) was a flowing! There is a time limit (90minutes) on the AYCE, but there wasn't a problem, we were all full before we reached the time limit.

“Happy Hour is Incredible!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2009

My wife and I come here at least once a month for their happy hour. It's fantastic. $1 beers after 8:30 p.m, 1/2 off appetizers, and lots of meat for $2.95. If you don't know, this is a place where you order raw meat and cook it yourself, similar to Korean bbq. The meats are all seasoned very well - my favorite is the Bistro Harami Miso. Highly recommend!
