“Burgers are the best but very expensive for burgers”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

Burgers are great but they are expensive and there drinks are really over priced. The charge for everything. If you get a dressing you pay for it.

“It's gone downhill”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

I used to eat at Steve's Burgers West when "Steve" owned it. When the restaraunt first opened the food was tasty and the value was great. I found other restaraunts along the way and did not go to Steve's for a while. When I went back the food was horrible and the prices had sky roceted. I later learned this was because the restaraunt had been sold and the new owner was using a lower quality of food while marking the prices up. I have not gone back

“Tasty-as long as you're not picky”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2012

Drive through visit on a Wednesday, early evening - ordered in perfect English: A double cheeseburger combo meal with a diet coke, and a patty melt combination on sourdough, grilled onions, diet coke to drink. For those unfamiliar, the combo means it comes with a good sized bag of fries. Okay, so unloading the order at home reveals a single cheeseburger meal and a patty melt on rye bread w/ grilled onions. The meal was good but could have been hotter. We live less than 1.3 miles away and the drinks had no ice and the food was barely warm by the time we got home. If you don't mind getting something other than what you ordered, the food was good. Service leaves something to be desired. Take your chances and eat inside-that way if they screw it up you can make them do it over again. Or if your infinitely patient take apart your order to ensure you got what you ordered before you leave the drive thru. Yeah right.
